By contacting Atlantis Surfaces for an estimate, consultation, or installation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Atlantis Surfaces fabricates and installs natural and engineered stone surfaces for residential and commercial clients. Our services cover countertops, islands, vanities, fireplace surrounds, full-height backsplashes, shower walls, tub surrounds, outdoor kitchens, and commercial applications.

The entire process is handled in-house: template, fabrication, and installation. Most surfaces are installed in a single day, typically 5 to 10 business days after the template is complete.

We provide free estimates. A quote is based on the material you select, the size and layout of your project, and any extras such as edge profiles, sink cutouts, and cooktop cutouts.

Estimates are ballpark ranges. The final price depends on the actual slab chosen, the confirmed layout, and the details verified at template. We will review the final details with you before fabrication begins.

After your order is placed, we contact you within one business day to schedule the template. The template is a precise measurement taken at your home after the contract is signed.

If no changes are identified at template, installation is scheduled within 10 business days. If changes are needed, we review them with you and schedule once approved. During peak periods, timing may vary.

To reschedule a template or installation, contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are not home at the scheduled time, we leave a note confirming the attempt and return when rescheduled. A rescheduling fee may apply.

The homeowner must be present at installation to approve and sign off on the finished work before our crew leaves. Please ensure the installation area is accessible and that cabinets are level and securely installed before our arrival.

Sinks, cooktops, and any fixtures that affect cutouts should be on site or their exact models confirmed before template so openings are cut correctly.

Our installation workmanship is warrantied for 12 months from the date of installation. Manufactured materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we help facilitate any claim.

Natural stone slabs carry no manufacturer warranty. We inspect every slab for improper fissures or cracks before fabrication. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, settling of cabinets or structures, or normal wear.

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of contract. Deposits may be required to reserve material and schedule fabrication. Final payment is due upon completion and your sign-off of the installed work.

If you need to cancel your project, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been cut or fabrication has begun may be subject to charges for work already completed and materials used.

Atlantis Surfaces is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the workmanship we perform and the warranty described above. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry issues, that are not part of our scope of work.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved in the courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
