From first visit to 1-day installation
The entire process is handled in-house — template, fabrication and installation by one crew in our own Hopkinton shop. No middlemen, no subcontractors, no surprises.

How your surfaces get made
Each step is here so you know exactly what happens and when.
Free Consultation
Visit our Hopkinton showroom or book a free in-home consultation. No pressure. We discuss your goals, your timeline and your budget so you know what's possible before you commit to anything.
Material Selection
Colors, patterns, finishes, veining and slab variation. We walk you through how each material performs and what it takes to maintain, so you choose with your eyes open. You see and pick the actual slab.
Template
Precise measurement at your home after the contract is signed. We capture sink placement, cooktop openings and edge details exactly as they sit on your cabinets. Nothing is left to guesswork.
Layout & Approval
We plan the slab layout to optimize veining, minimize seams and book-match where possible. You see and approve the layout before any cutting starts. If a seam lands somewhere you don't like, we move it.
Fabrication
Cut, edged, polished and sealed in our own shop with state-of-the-art equipment. Every slab is inspected for improper fissures or cracks before fabrication. It's inspected again before it leaves the shop.
Installation
Installed in one day, typically 5 to 10 business days after template. The homeowner signs off before the crew leaves — you approve the finished work while we're still on site.
Timeline
Template to install in 5 to 10 business days
You're contacted within one business day of your order to schedule the template. From there, most surfaces are installed in a single day, 5 to 10 business days later.
