What we cover
Our warranty and protections
Four layers of protection on every job we install.
12-month installation workmanship
Our installation workmanship is warrantied for 12 months from the install date. If something isn't right with how the stone was cut, edged, or installed, we fix it.
Fully insured
We're fully insured for your protection on every residential and commercial job. Certificates of insurance available on request.
Slab inspection before fabrication
Natural stone carries no manufacturer warranty, so we inspect every slab for improper fissures or cracks before it's cut. A bad slab never reaches your home.
Manufacturer warranty facilitation
Manufactured materials like quartz and porcelain carry their manufacturer's warranty. If you ever need to file a claim, we help facilitate it.
What we don't cover
Honest about the limits
We'd rather tell you up front than have you surprised later.
- Natural stone slabs carry no manufacturer warranty — that's the nature of the material
- Damage from misuse, impact, or improper care
- Etching or staining from acidic or harsh chemicals
- Damage from settling, shifting, or failure of your cabinetry or substrate
- Issues from modifications made by anyone other than our crew

Call 774-220-0808 and describe the issue. We'll review it with you and, if it's covered under our 12-month workmanship warranty, schedule a fix. For manufacturer warranty claims on engineered stone, we help facilitate the claim with the manufacturer.
